Mark your calendars! Our next story slam will be on the evening of June 17. Bring in your true stories from your own little life that want to be shared, or sit back and enjoy the show. Stories can be written beforehand and read aloud, or spoken impromptu.

Tell a story about a place you love. Somewhere that changed you, touched you, transformed you. An island, a city, a neighborhood, a mountain, a desert, a community. A place that stayed with you even after you left.

Immerse yourself in the art of tea with our once-a-month gathering where tea lovers and curious newcomers unite to explore the world of fine teas. Each month, you’ll embark on a sensory journey sampling a curated selection of exquisite Far Leaves teas, guided by Brad Lebowitz, tea enthusiast and Far Leaves staff for over 25 years.
Discover the history, culture, and craftsmanship behind each tea, as you learn the secrets to brewing the perfect cup; via primarily the Chinese gongfu cha method of preparation. This casual event will cover essential techniques, from selecting quality leaves to mastering steeping times and temperatures, ensuring you can recreate the experience at home.

A guided tasting of 4-5 premium teas, including rare and seasonal varieties - Hands-on instruction in fine tea-making techniques
