Serving  Green Peony to a group; use a medium to large sized teapot, that serves one cup per person (a glass pot show.cases the beauty of this tea's infusion). Add one rosette to the pot. For best flavor, warm the teapot and cups before brewing the tea. Boil water and let cool to 180oF and pour over the leaves and 1-4 minutes depending on your strength preference, add 2-4 minutes each infusion thereafter.  A timer and thermometer is recommend with this tea to get the flavor just right.  

 

Expect to brew 4+ infusions; this depends on how strong you like to brew your tea.
