Produced in Nanlu Shan Yunnan China in 2018 with leaves that have been curing since 2007 this cake comes as two discs of delightfully brisk puer.

Break a shard off and steep in a clay pot; you may want to designate a teapot just for puer tea.

Kept in a cool, dry space, over time these cakes will continue to add depth to its already hearty character.
